Es Tragon is exactly what I&#39;m looking for when I visit Michelin rated restaurants. The work they put in for such elaborate an unique exhibition cannot be understated. The food quality is top notch and so is the accompanying service! The restaurant is set in an old traditional home with a representative garden that give the feeling of being invited into a friend&#39;s house for dinner. The kitchen staff is very active in the presentation of the menu which I love. If you&#39;re looking for a fine dining gastronomic experience Es Tragon is the place to go on Ibiza.

Very enjoyable night even though lightning knocked out the power in the area for ~10 minutes. The staff kept working and everyone was happy!  Definitely a hot spot for UK families and those staying close by. It was the only busy, very buddy, restaurant. Food was plentiful but only fine. My younger son loved the sea bass in salt. Effective else was a little underwhelmed. 4 cheese pasta has an overwhelming amount of Roquefort so my oldest didn&rsquo;t finish. My steak was over sauced too. My wife&rsquo;s kebab was room temp. I&rsquo;d go back but order differently

We had a wonderful meal at Es Ventall. The tasting menu was creative, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The wine pairing was excellent: a variety of styles of high quality and exceptional value, bearing in mind the price, quality and quantity!The decor of the restaurant is modern with some unique touches, and the harmonious kitchen is open to view.A really lovely evening with wonderful food and excellent wine in an atmosphere which became more relaxed as the night went on (or maybe that was the effect of the wine on me!)

San Antonio has lots of restaurants with international cuisine and trendy Instagrammable dishes, if this is what you are looking for, then this is not the place for you!  This restaurant has delicious, authentic, local food which is cooked to perfection and served with grace and professionalism. We had the prawn carpaccio, carrillada (braised pork cheek), and shoulder of lamb, which were absolutely delicious.The decor was traditional Spanish style with arched windows and beams on the ceiling. There was nice background music and the lighting was not too bright. Our meal of a shared starter, two mains and a nice bottle of rioja was around &euro;75 which I think is great value for the quality of the food and service we received.If we are ever in San Antonio again, we&#39;ll be back!

Excellent food and service. Grilled squid,Pork Fillet, quality Rioja, home made digestifs.Proper Spanish dining in the back streets of San Antonio. Memorable. We will return for sure.

An incredible immersive experience. It&rsquo;s clear they don&rsquo;t just &lsquo;talk the talk&rsquo; here when it comes to featuring local, sustainable cuisine - they are solely focused on educating (in the best, most innovative and delicious ways) their diners about the  ingredients and traditional, albeit very elevated,  dishes of Ibiza and the Balearic Islands. Perfect service by team members who all understand the greater vision of the Chef and they have an amazing wine pairing featuring incredible Spanish wines. Es Trag&oacute;n is a definite must for anyone who wants to experience traditional, culturally-significant cuisine in a beautiful, elegant, world-class presentation and setting.

A fantastically gorgeous restaurant with innovative, but still recognisable and edible, food that is presented with elegance and humour. We had a number of concerns and questions for the staff beforehand, all of which were answered promptly and helpfully. The staff were all friendly, professional and well-informed.

What a wonderful experience, carefully balancing inventiveness with tradition, process with simplicity and above all: great food with equally great service. The storytelling and passion provided by the staff elevate the food. Highly recommend!

If you go to Ibiza and you like a next level foodexperience you have to visit Es Trag&oacute;n. Great food, great service and in my humble opinion one * is not enough.
